You can be so proud of our meeting last night. Thanks to all of you who came. We looked like a Community
that cares and we sure let our Politicians know where we stand. The fight to keep the OEPA from issuing a
"Permit to Discharge" and a "Permit to Build" a Waste Water Treatment Plant is still our main goal. We do
not need any more Sewage Plants emptying into the Little Miami River. Therefore we must continue to contact
the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to voice our opposition. You can find these contacts on our
web site www.miamivillecivic.org. There are links for contacts. The other most important fight is the
planned location of this Plant.... if and when the OEPA approves the permits. There are locations other than
the residential areas of Miamiville. The Clermont County Commissioners need to work with these other areas
and come up with another site which will satisfy the citizens and requirements for there waste. We will keep
you posted on the web site and e-mails as to what we will be doing next.   
Saturdays we meet at the Village Grocery at 9:00a to chat and discuss what is going on. All of you are
invited to join in as we need participation and your ideas. Hopefully we will see you tomorrow morning.
We'll be talking about improving contact with the public for support/fund raising...pursuing legal options
updating the web site...signs in Miamiville (on private property).... meetings with Zoning, Trustees,
Commissioners, Tom Yeager etc...Nature Conservancy etc....bring us your ideas. 
Some good news...since last night we have had some financial commitments from individuals to help support our
legal fund if we pursue this road. Hopefully we can count on all of you to pitch in as needed.
We'll keep you posted.
